Why I offer Executive Coaching

Before I was a provider, I spent over a decade in high stress leadership positions. I understand the challenges of pursuing career growth while balancing family, school, and relationships. I also understand how difficult finding mentoring and coaching can be for current and aspiring leaders. Executive coaching is for anyone in the United States, or who works for a US company, who wishes to pursue their career goals.

I offer executive coaching because the most rewarding parts of my career in leadership weren’t related to the projects or the processes I helped create – the most rewarding times were seeing people I mentored flourish. A leader’s greatest job is to support and create other leaders. We are to pay it forward and help the next person be the best they can be. That’s why I decided to offer executive coaching in addition to my integrative psychiatric practice.

I provide executive coaching for all individuals, at all stages of careers. Whether you’ve been in the C-suite for years, you’re a first-time manager, or you’re pursuing a promotion, I can help you build better relationships, identify your ‘why’ and connect your work to your deeper values.
