Out-of-Network Mental Health Care
Onward Growth is a holistic mental health treatment office. I believe in whole-person and integrative psychiatry. I do not accept insurance.
Onward Growth is an “Out-of-Network” provider. I can give you a receipt (superbill) with a billing code and diagnosis that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement upon request. Prescription medications and lab work will be covered per your insurance policy.
FSA/HSA/Health Savings Cards, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards are all accepted. I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed for any amount, and I encourage you to discuss reimbursement with your insurance company.
I am unable to serve clients with Medicare.
Costs:
- New client visits: $300 (60-minute appointment)
- 30-minute follow up: $150
- 60-minute follow up: $300
- Adult Autism Assessment: $500 (90-minute appointment)
- For established clients only: 15-minute check in: $75
- Late cancel/no-show: $100
Please note clients with outstanding balances cannot schedule appointments.

No Surprises Act:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
