Conditions I Treat and Services I Offer

Adult Autism Assessment
It can be validating and empowering to put a diagnosis to the feeling of being a little different. If you’re wondering if you have autism, I’m here to help.
I have been honored to be part of many clients’ journey of self-discovery. There is no one single test for Autism. Autism is assessed throughout the course of an initial evaluation, and then during further sessions as needed. My commitment to you is to ensure you feel heard and seen – I want to hear your story and work with you to determine if a diagnosis of Autism is appropriate. If you’ve ever felt you just don’t fit in, or you feel like you’re out of tune with the rest of society, let’s talk about it. There can be empowerment and validation in receiving an official diagnosis!

Women’s Issues
Whether you’re struggling with PMDD, perimenopause, or menopause, I can help you feel like yourself again.
It can be extremely frustrating to be told that feeling tired, gaining weight, having low libido, and having brain fog are just a part of being a woman. You don’t have to settle for feeling like your brain is broken or you have to learn to live with being exhausted all the time. With hormone changes come changes in brain chemistry, and we can explore how to find you relief from the symptoms associated with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), perimenopause, or menopause.

Domestic Violence Recovery
I can help you cope, learn new patterns of behavior, and learn to live as a thriver instead of a survivor.
As a survivor of DV, I understand the pain and trauma that come with victimized. I also know that recovery is possible. Trauma changes our brains and bodies, but we don’t have to settle for always feeling anxious or untrusting. I can help you work through the pain without re-traumatizing you. If you’re ready to start finding relief from your past, I’m here to help.

ADHD/AuADHD
I can help you cope with the unique challenges and strengths that come with ADHD and AuADHD in order to live the life you desire.
Whether you have an official diagnosis or need to be evaluated, I can help. Executive dysfunction can be difficult to live with. You may dread making a phone call, lose your keys constantly, make to-do lists you never look at again, or have any of the other hundred manifestations of ADHD or AuADHD. I can help you develop coping mechanisms, process feelings of frustration, and find the right medication for you.

Dysautonomia
If you struggle with POTS, EDS, MCAS, or all three, I can help you find relief from the burden of feeling unwell and unheard.
Medicine is still learning about Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MACS). Meanwhile, people with those diagnoses are searching for a provider who hears and believes them about their symptoms. If you’re struggling with mental health and have a form of dysautonomia, I want to help. We can explore how to best find you relief from your symptoms.

Trauma & PTSD
I can help you process emotional trauma, face your fears, and increase your ability to experience joy and other positive emotions.
Trauma changes our cells, our bodies, and our brains. PTSD is a chronic condition, but that doesn’t mean constant suffering. A combination of therapy, lifestyle changes, supplements, and medication can help you find a new balance and calm your overactive nervous system. I can help you find peace again.

Depression & Mood Disorders
I can help stabilize your mood, feel happier, and live a more fulfilling life free from the cloud of depression or bipolar spectrum illness.
If you’re struggling with low mood, erratic moods, or just not feeling like yourself, I can help you find stability and relief. Don’t suffer in silence – reach out now for support.

Anxiety
I can help you worry less, reduce panic attacks and obsessive behaviors, and function better at your job and in your relationships.
Anxiety can be constant or situational. Whether you need ongoing support, or just support right now, I can help.

Corporate Psychology
Embrace your inner leader, cope with workplace demands and stress, and build meaningful working relationships.
Before I was a provider, I spent over a decade in healthcare leadership. I understand the demands that come with leadership positions, unhealthy corporate cultures, and trying to advance your career while also staying true to yourself. I offer both psychiatric services and leadership coaching to those looking for career support.
If you are struggling with a condition or symptoms you don’t see listed here, feel free to reach out. This is not an exhaustive list.
