Before I was a provider, I spent 16 years in healthcare and over 10 of those years were in leadership. I understand the challenges of pursuing career growth while balancing family, school, and relationships. I also understand how difficult finding mentoring and coaching can be for current leaders and aspiring leaders. Career coaching is for anyone in the United States, or who works for a US company, who wishes to pursue their career goals.
I offer career coaching, because the most rewarding parts of my career in administration weren’t related to the projects or the processes I helped create – the most rewarding times were seeing people I mentored flourish. A leader’s greatest job is helping to create other leaders. We are to pay it forward and help the next person be the best they can be. That’s why I decided to offer career coaching in addition to my integrative psychiatric practice.
I provide career coaching for all individuals, at all stages of careers. Whether you’re a first-time restaurant manager, pursuing a promotion in social work, or you’ve been in the C-suite for years, I can help you build better relationships, identify your ‘why’ and connect your work to your deeper values.
